So from the first level, I chose levels with lots of elites trying to get good weapons early on and simply try them out. I decided instead of using what I knew, to experiment. This combination helped me to get to the boss well, but the boss needed lots of power. My strategy so far was, use a rail gun as secondary fire to snipe enemies from afar, and use a weapon with some spread for close range. I thought, there must be a guide to help me beat the game, right? Well, there isn't one. The game was put aside and I continued to do other things not touching the game for quite a while.īut I came back to the game eventually. By now I had played about 10 games and I just had no clue how to even defeat the boss. I played a good game and got to that first boss, and. So back to the first class, back to what I was used to. The 3rd class did not help me much either. I tried a different class and that seemed to be worse. I played again, this time much better prepared on what was to come, and got to the boss with full health. I found it a bit sad that death meant game over, but on the other hand, it had its charm. Of course, I did not stood a chance on that boss, and I died.īut that was okay. I barely survived, but with enough scrape, I managed to get to the first boss with at least half my health.

Anyway, I expected a game I could breeze through based on the reviews and I wanted an easy win, so this seemed to be the right game for me at the time.Īfter I played the game for the first time, and getting familiar with it, I started to play through levels. After reading a few reviews, some complained the game was too simple or repetitive, others praised it for good gameplay. NeuroVoider was brought to my attention and it seemed to be exactly what I wanted. I wanted to play an arcade shooter and feel like god.
